The hotel is gorgeous, and I appreciated it. The staff was polite. My room had a TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean. The experience was really great; I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy rooms with a sofa - so nice to relax in. The food was really good here, and the staff went above and beyond to help out. Also, loved that it's not right next to other restaurants, made it quiet and peaceful 🌟.

James
The room was functional and reasonably large with a sofa, decent prices. Extra touches like TV set, a microwave oven and a refrigerator were a treat, staff were very pleasant and courteous.

The units are a decent size on the lower level. The location is good, just 1 mile from Bulldog Bowl Stadium. The service is helpful and includes ample parking. The hotel staff are outstandingly accommodating.

The rooms were reasonably large and functional. I liked the spotlessly clean bathroom. The location was particularly good, in a nice area close to the center and hiking at Guadalupe National Park. I spent 1 nice day here and would stay here again.

The pillows were so fluffy and the towels were all nice and clean.
The desk person James was scary and asked me to move to another room in the middle of the night, of course I refused. He claimed that room was reserved for someone else, which was incorrect because I reserved for 2 nights.

Good TV. Clean enough. High toilet. Had refrigerator and microwave. Had a clean but pretty chilly pool. It was a very quiet stay but I believe we were one of a handful of rooms filled the night we stayed.
Beds are in need of replacing...no mattress pad on bed, sheets directly over bare mattress. Beds and mattresses old...mattresses covered in striped ticking common of decades ago. Very hard mattress too. Could not eat the " hot" breakfast consisting of dry fake egg velveta cheese omelet. Sausage tasted fake and greasy. Took one bite. Did not even think about the biscuits and gravy! No real butter. Seems this area of New Mexico is fond of hydrogenated oil and cook and serve with "Country Crock" or margarine. Nothing I would eat at Legacy but apple or banana. Water pressure and flow extremely low. Hard to get hair wet enough to wash and took a long time to rinse hair. I have shoulder length hair. Washing hands in the bathroom sink also takes awhile due to too little water and pressure from faucet. I do believe that booking sites lie about vacancies, as all the hotels in Artesia said they were full on the booking sites, whether Booked.net, Booked.net, etc. Legacy was touting that only 4 rooms were left . Upon arrival there were a total of 4 cars in the entire parking lot. That number never increased and at 6 am the next morning there were still 4. That included staff and lodgers! The other hotels we scouted had no more than 8 cars in their lots. The hotels were ghost towns in Artesia. I will never believe again any claims of how many vacancies are available.

The hotel's location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Bulldog Bowl Stadium, was convenient and comfortable. It was also close to hiking at Guadalupe National Park, which was a big plus. We appreciated having rooms on the lower level.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed. It was well-stocked and looked after. Being on the lower level was convenient. The amenities in the room were neat and tidy. The location was great, it was cozy and close to the event I was attending. The area seemed quite nice and comfortable. 🌟

Despite a clogged toilet that was fixed promptly, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast options were plentiful. I'd recommend it.
